Position Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care and clinical support within the outpatient primary care setting. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or licensed provider, the LPN assists in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse and underserved populations.

Job Summary: The Construction Project Manager will coordinate and control the construction and renovation of convenience store facilities. Provide project management and coordination of outside contractors for the successful renovation and construction of convenience stores.
Essential Functions:
- Lead and manage all phases of construction and renovation projects for convenience store facilities.
- Ensure projects meet company standards for quality, safety, budget, schedule, design intent, and code compliance.
- Oversee contractor and subcontractor selection, qualification review, and performance management.
- Monitor and control construction budgets, expenditures, and invoice approvals.
- Coordinate procurement and scheduling of materials, labor, and company-supplied equipment.
- Obtain and manage required permits, approvals, and regulatory documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to timelines, specifications, and company standards.
- Facilitate communication among internal stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and design professionals.
- Track, analyze, and report on project progress and financial performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation, asset verification, and construction-related records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and timelines; provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Solicit, evaluate, and compile bids for contractors, subcontractors, equipment, and vendors, prioritizing quality and qualifications in addition to cost.
- Review and approve contractor invoices, ensuring accurate billing and work completion verification.
- Identify project risks and challenges; recommend and implement solutions to maintain efficiency and project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company construction standards.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management across multiple projects.
- Coordinate logistics for company-supplied equipment and materials.
- Travel to project sites (approximately 35%) to monitor progress and maintain quality control.
- Support asset accounting and financial tracking related to construction activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of company development initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of construction management, cost control, budgeting, and contractor oversight
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple construction or renovation projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project planning, estimating, scheduling, and construction supervision
- Ability to evaluate contractor and vendor bids based on qualifications, scope, and cost
- Experience reviewing and approving invoices and monitoring construction expenditures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction management, project management, or contractor management
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred

The primary responsibility of a Family Farm and Home Store Manager - Unassigned is to learn the company’s culture by consistently supporting and strengthening the basic philosophies of the company. They must have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise team members. The Store Manager - Unassigned will learn merchandising, shrink control and operational aspects of the store. A successful Store Manager - Unassigned will be knowledgeable of the local market, customer base, seasonal opportunities, competitors and other specifics of the local market that may influence the business. A Store Manager - Unassigned is a role model, a leader, problem-solver, and strategic thinker, who is required to manage her/his time to achieve budgeted goals.
Store Manager - Unassigned will be responsible for learning how to properly operate a store within 6 months to 12 months. They must then be willing and able to relocate.

It is necessary they be comfortable in the hiring and firing of team members. A successful Store Manager - Unassigned needs to understand aggressive customer service and be team-oriented. They will have good management and organizational skills. Additionally, it is necessary they understand and interpret data presented in statistical or numerical form and be able to use it effectively in assessing and coordinating the merchandise and operational aspects of the store operations. They need to be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Store Manager - Unassigned must be able to stand for extended periods of time. They are required to be able to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store. They must be able to climb up and down ladders, reach, bend, twist, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. Finally, they will be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
