A well-established law firm in Springfield, Missouri is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Paralegal with 2–5 years of experience to join its growing litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial disputes in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with all phases of commercial litigation, from case inception through trial
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
  • Manage large-scale document production and review
  • Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and trial binders
  • Conduct legal and factual research
  • Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial logistics
  • Interface with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in commercial or complex civil litigation
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures
  • Experience with e-discovery platforms and document management systems
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $70,000-$85,000 annually + performance bonuses
