RESPONSABLE SUPPORT & SERVICE
Après une formation de quelques mois au siège du Groupe Scantech à Chambéry en France vous prendrez votre poste aux Etats-Unis, sous l’autorité du Directeur des Opérations US.
Vos principales missions au sein de l’équipe Support & Service, en interface technique avec les clients, seront :
- La mise en service de machines chez les clients, en prenant en charge le paramétrage des systèmes, les essais et la formation client
- Les opérations de maintenance préventive et curative

Votre profil :

- Très motivé par ce beau challenge et une installation durable aux USA vous justifiez de 10 ans d’expérience au moins en maintenance industrielle dans un cadre international.
- Anglais courant indispensable. Une expérience professionnelle aux US serait appréciée.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer to support manufacturing and quality investigations for a cell therapy manufacturing program preparing for clinical and commercial scale up. This role will focus on authoring high quality, inspection ready investigation documentation in a fast paced, regulated environment with minimal ramp up time. The ideal candidate brings strong GMP investigation writing experience, a solid understanding of manufacturing and/or QC processes, and the ability to translate complex technical inputs into clear, compliant documentation without extensive training or oversight.
This is a highly execution focused role supporting a time sensitive manufacturing program.
Required Skills & Experience
•7–10+ years of experience in GMP regulated pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience writing investigations (manufacturing deviations, OOS/OOT, CAPAs, impact assessments)
• Experience with structured investigation and root cause analysis tools (e.g., Fishbone/Ishikawa diagrams, 5 Whys).
• Strong working knowledge of GMP documentation practices and regulatory expectations

Responsibilities and Duties
Safety Management Systems
- Participate as a member of the MTG Safety and Accident Committee

- Follow-up with subcontractor safety representatives to assure that all mitigating actions have been taken, issues have been addressed and resolved, and closed out on the PS audit program

- Assure that project safety files & logs are maintained and kept up to date

- Assure that all safety signs and safety equipment are adequately supplied to assigned project sites

RESPONSIBILITIES
Summary
Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the candidate will perform field and office-based tasks aligned with company policies, standards, and best practices. Main Responsibilities
· Install and maintain the performance of various geotechnical and structural monitoring instruments following Sixense procedures, including but not limited to datalogging systems, Vibration Monitors, Noise Monitors and Automatic Motorized Total Stations.
