A well-established service-based company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions. environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone
• Maintain courteous and effective communication through phone, email, and mail
• Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or team member
• Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues, determining solutions, and ensuring follow-up until resolution
• Handle customer complaints through phone, email, mail, or online platforms
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing refunds/exchanges, and collecting payment details
• Input and update customer account information in the company’s internal scheduling/customer management system
• Cancel, upgrade, or adjust customer accounts as needed
• Educate customers on services, promotions, and special offers
• Support sales efforts by recommending services based on customer needs
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, accounts, and service records

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of office administration education or relevant work experience
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with multi-line phone systems or ability to learn quickly
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

• Testing the pool-water hourly and as required and make any necessary adjustments in water chemistry to the specification’s required by Massachusetts Health Codes.
• Maintaining the filtration/circulation systems, including regular backwashing of the filter media and cleaning of the hair & lint strainers and skimmer baskets.
• Assist with general maintenance projects that include, but not limited to, painting, concrete repairs, landscaping and pressure washing.
• Maintaining the general pool area, and making any necessary minor repairs to insure the safety of the public
• Informing the Senior Water Technician when supplies and chemicals are needed
• Taking appropriate steps in the event of a shut-down due to weather or other unplanned conditions
• Performing daily opening, operating, and closing procedures
• Taking ownership of job and pride in the area
• Acting professionally at all times

• At least 18 years of age
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Some mechanical knowledge and background of pool maintenance preferred
• Willingness to learn about pool maintenance

Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.

Starting Pay:

Ride Attendant (16/17 years of age): $15.00/Hour 
Ride Operator (18 or older): $15.50/Hour 

• Providing guests with a safe and enjoyable ride experience
• Entertaining guests and calming their nerves as they board our world-class rides and attractions
• Controlling buttons and switches to launch attractions out onto the ride course
• Ensuring the overall safe operation of your assigned ride or attraction
• Making sure seat belts are tight, loose items are secure, and lap bars are locked to keep guests safe
• Enforcing rider restrictions and ensuring guest meet the height requirements
• Assisting guests in and out of ride vehicles and cycle through the line with a safe sense of urgency
• Keeping ride patios, queue lines, and midways clean and looking great
• Acting as a first responder to ride emergencies to keep guests calm

• Performing general repair and alteration of various costumes

Provide physical and emotional support to patients of all ages as they adapt to permanent lifestyle changes.  Patients are on the unit for approximately 2-3 weeks and you get the chance to impact their road to recovery!

What you will Do: 

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.

Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.

Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members.

Hours/Schedule:  

.9 fte, 2nd shift and / or third shift every third weekend, will work 8 hour shifts during the week and 12 hour shifts on the weekend 7P-7A, during the week either 3-11 or 11-7 or can work 12 hours during the week 7P-7A

MRI Technologist – Outpatient Ortho Office – Latham, NY - Per Diem

What you will do:

The MRI Technologist performs diagnostic MRI in accordance with departmental standards.

Responsibilities:

• Obtains and records a complete clinical history pertinent to examination requested.
• Evaluates requests for appropriateness; refers concerns to coordinator and/or radiologist.
• Instructs patient as to nature of the exam being performed.

Pay Range: $34.50 - $48.81

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

Medical Assistant

• Demonstrates ability to recognize urgent/emergent needs of patients and initiate appropriate emergency procedures as needed.

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification must be obtained within first year of employment and maintained thereafter.
• Clinic/physician office experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within three (3) months of hire.
