About the Role
The Production Supervisor role is responsible for the production of epitaxial materials as well as monitoring of the manufacturing process. This role focusses on the coordination and supervision of the Production team to ensure production processes run efficiently, safely and in compliance with quality standards.

Maintain all required supplies and associated diagnostic equipment related to DPS offerings
Maintain active state licenses in coverage areas (FNP, AGNP certification preferred for NPs)
Maintain board certification
Maintain multi-state licenses (preferred)
Experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, in-home visits, or a similar format (preferred)
Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed (up to 25%)
Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull and lift up to 20 pounds of supplies (including, but not limited to, iPad, medical supplies and scale), required
Accommodate field observations and/or ridealong experiences, as requested
During our In-Home Health Evaluations (and other associated follow-up visits), you'll meet people where they are and re-engage them with their health care during an approximately 45-minute pre-scheduled visit.
The visit includes a medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the person's health plan, additional diagnostic tests (i.e., diabetic eye exams, spirometry, etc.). You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation and are not required to prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people's current treatment regimen.
Part-time employees qualify for:
Hourly base rate, plus additional incentive structure (i.e., per visit completed, other incentives may apply)

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46.03 - $99.14This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
