Overview

A Level I Trauma Center is seeking experienced CRNAs for ongoing locum coverage. This opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of complex surgical cases in a medically directed care team model. CRNAs must be able to handle high-acuity patients and work collaboratively with supervising physicians.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver anesthesia care under medical direction
  • Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and obtain patient consent
  • Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients
  • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
  • Monitor patient physiological condition throughout procedures
  • Provide clinical interventions as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of CRNA experience
  • ACLS and BLS certifications required
  • Active Pennsylvania license required (RN compact licenses not accepted)
  • Will consider licensing candidates with full-time availability or two part-time candidates equaling 1.0 FTE
  • Minimum commitment: 2 days per week or 2 weeks per month
