Qualifications:

CTE Technician (Vendor Payment & Invoicing) – Onsite | Orange, TX
We are seeking a detail-oriented CTE Technician to support vendor payment operations and ensure accurate, timely invoice processing. This role plays a critical part in maintaining strong vendor relationships by resolving billing discrepancies, improving payment cycle efficiency, and coordinating across multiple internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support approximately 30 maintenance vendors through the full invoice-to-payment lifecycle
- Ensure billing accuracy and perform error identification and correction
- Analyze QS (Quantity Sheet) data to identify discrepancies and drive resolution
- Coordinate with Contract Administrators to resolve billing delays and issues
- Facilitate vendor training on billing processes, systems, and error handling
- Troubleshoot system-related billing errors and QS rejections (AES platform)
- Oversee QS approval workflows and manage audit exceptions
- Upload and manage SES/CATS templates in SAP
- Run Business Warehouse and CATS reports for reconciliation and payment tracking
