Nurse Practitioner Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding primary care to patients.
- Conduct physical exams and patient observations.
- Record patient medical histories and symptoms.
- Develop patient care plans and contribute to existing plans.
- Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests.
- Monitor and operate medical equipment.
- Diagnose health issues.
- Recognize changes in a patient?s health and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Administer medicines and treatments.
- Evaluate responses to treatments and medications.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, injuries, and disease prevention.
Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited nursing or Physician Assistant program.
- Licensure in the state of IL and board certification by either ANCC or AANP.
- Prescriptive authorization.
- Proficiency with medical instruments and equipment relevant to the role.
- Familiarity with computer-based data management programs, information systems, medical records, and point-of-interview technology.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with retail and medical partners at various levels, patients, family members, physicians, and community representatives.
- Solid understanding of all federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
- Experience providing primary care as a family nurse practitioner.
- Knowledge of disease prevention.

Responsibilities
· Collaborate with the Managing Principal to implement and maintain effective project workflow processes that support high-quality design solutions aligned with client requirements.
· Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
· Oversee project budgets, schedules, billable resources, and project accounting to support firm financial performance and profitability goals.
· Coordinate and manage consultant agreements, ensuring effective integration of consultant work into cohesive project deliverables.
· Lead and delegate responsibilities to internal design and production teams, ensuring accurate, coordinated, and complete deliverables across all phases of the project.
· Review project documents and deliverables to ensure quality, technical accuracy, and alignment with project goals.

· Candidate should possess 3-5 years of licensed architecture experience, preparing design and
documentation deliverables for projects
· Mid to senior-level architecture experience
· Strong technical capabilities
· Experience in state and government work
· Candidate should be fluent in drafting, design, and general office software programs and operating systems, including Autodesk AutoCAD, Trimble Sketchup, Apple OS, MasterSpec, Microsoft Office, MS Project
· Excellent communication, listening, and leadership skills
