The Independent Operator Role The Independent Operator (IO) is a hands on, entrepreneurial role where individuals open their own Grocery Outlet store.
Key Responsibilities: Store Operations: Oversee daily store functions, including inventory management, compliance, and financial oversight to ensure profitability and growth.
Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
Buying & Merchandising: leveraging Grocery Outlet’s unique buying model.
Order the variety and quantity of products to meet the unique preferences of your local community.

Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years’ retail store Management or multi-unit restaurant management experience.

This individual will be responsible for the development and implementation of education to ensure staff knowledge on advanced developmental care.Job Description:Faculty responsibilities include patient care, house staff and student education and academic pursuits. Teaching pediatric hospital medicine fellows and pediatric residents. This position will provide direct care, amount determined by the Chief of Pediatric Hospital Medicine, as part of the clinical responsibilities.Academic rank will be offered commensurate with experience and achievement. - Coordinates in the developmental framework of the care delivered by the multidisciplinary team
- Maintains complete and timely documentation of all assessments, evaluations, interventions, and communications in the medical record while maintaining privacy
- Participates and assists with the coordination of Fetal Care consults and coordinates referrals to appropriate follow-up programs (i.e. Neonatal Follow Up Clinic)
Qualifications
- Candidate must have completed a Neonatal-Perinatal Fellowship program and be Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Minimum of 3 years NICU developmental experience post-fellowship
