Job Description
Addison Group is hiring an Ambulance Billing Specialist on behalf of our client. This role focuses on processing EMS-related medical claims, assisting patients with billing questions, and ensuring accurate reimbursement from insurance providers. The ideal candidate has direct experience with ambulance billing processes and is comfortable navigating EOBs and insurance guidelines.
This role is primarily onsite during the initial training period (approximately 90 days). Highly experienced candidates with strong ambulance billing and RescueNet expertise may be considered for a fully remote arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and submit ambulance transport claims to insurance carriers
- Review and interpret EOBs to ensure proper claim resolution
- Communicate with patients regarding billing details, insurance coverage, and account balances
- Work with insurance providers to resolve claim discrepancies or denials
- Maintain accurate records within billing systems and internal databases
- Manage daily call activity, including both incoming and outgoing patient or payer communication
- Support the billing cycle to help ensure timely reimbursement and claim completion

Job Title: Quality Control Testing Technician
Location: Andover, MA 01810
100% onsite
Duration: 12 months contract
Role Summary
This role is based in the Quality Control Microbiology Laboratory in Andover, supporting daily laboratory operations. The position primarily works first shift (Monday through Friday) with occasional weekend and holiday responsibilities. The candidate should be flexible to perform both laboratory testing and office-based tasks as needed.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for performing a variety of microbiological assays in support of routine testing for commercial raw materials, production intermediate and bulk samples, finished product, and process & cleaning validation samples.
Testing includes but is not limited to fundamental and advanced testing formats for the following areas of testing: Bioburden, Endotoxin, Biological Indicators, PCR, and Microbial Identification.
The incumbent may also have some responsibilities assisting with instrument validations and other special projects, as well as assisting with training of new group members, authoring SOP revisions and participating in investigation writing.
The incumbent must have the ability to interpret and document test results according to standard operating procedures and Data Integrity principles using all standard Quality systems, and have experience working in a cGLP setting
PHYSICAL / MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
The desired candidate must have the ability to perform laboratory and office work which includes walking, standing, and sitting throughout a shift.
Candidate must have the ability to effectively manipulate laboratory testing apparatus.
Candidate must have the ability to read, comprehend and follow procedures.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Some rotational weekend and Holiday coverage is required to support the commercial manufacturing schedule
Adhere to safe work practices and procedures, including aseptic gowning procedures

This role requires a blend of artistic skill, customer service excellence, and meticulous attention to detail. You will use your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing designs while managing client relationships to ensure their visions are brought to life. You will be creating are for customers and in-house projects that will eventually be produced into 3d objects such as patches, challenge coins, pins, badges, etc.

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.
- High level of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to interact with government agencies with respect and professionalism.
Qualifications
- College degree is not required, we value you as you and your ability to work. We understand a degree does not necessarily create someone with a good work ethic or a great designer.
