What You'll Do
We are seeking a strong candidate with experience in Change Management and Communications to support product portfolios focused on delivering our digital workforce experience to employees. This role will contribute to the development and execution of change strategies to promote employee adoption and satisfaction of our digital products, drawing on behavioural science principles where appropriate to shape employee decision-making and adoption behaviours. Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
• The base salary range for this role in Atlanta is $101,000.00 -$123,000.00.
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 16% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.

Job Summary
The OP Home-Based Physical Therapist is responsible for providing a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards. - Performs initial and periodic evaluations and progress notes of patient's physical therapy and rehabilitation needs.
- Formulates appropriate treatment plans including short- and long-term goals for rehabilitation, evaluating progress or lack of progress in achieving these goals.
- Completes accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, discharge summaries, etc.) according to department and payer guidelines for outpatient services.

- Communicates regularly with referring physicians and other healthcare team members; provides updates on patient progress and coordinates any changes to patient’s plan of care.
- Independently manages appointment scheduling including efficient travel routes between patients’ homes.
- Maintains reliable transportation and carries portable therapy equipment and supplies for use during therapeutic interventions.
- Maintains department policies, procedures, objectives and quality improvement programs, safety environmental and infection control; assists with maintenance of departmental supplies and equipment; participates in departmental program development.
- Independently manages productivity expectations.
- Monitors patients’ authorizations limits and insurance coverage and communicates with the Director/Manager any scheduling, insurance or patient concerns.

Provides guidance and assistance to the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network and Financial Representatives regarding case underwriting and risk appraisal Responsible for prescreen inquiries.
Underwriting Responsible for the analysis and appraisal of a broad range of insurance applications; approves, classifies, or declines applications for various ages and policy amounts with guidance, as needed.​ Independently reviews applications and adheres to underwriting standards and demonstrates an intermediate level of experience with NM product types and changes.
​ Develops and demonstrates change agility while maintaining mortality and morbidity expectations.
​ Demonstrates continuous learning through the early adoption of new ways of underwriting.
​ Develops proficiency with Reinsurance programs and determining where to best place a case.
Underwrites applications, maintaining industry-leading mortality and morbidity giving the best possible offer that can be made.
Provides active case and requirement management and provides customized service with guidance.
​ Communicates & negotiates with Field Partners to explain modified or declined decisions & assist in policy placement.
​ Develops proficiency in financial, medical, and lay underwriting assessments and provides innovations solutions to keep Northwestern Mutual as the choice of our customers.
Actively utilizes the most effective means to obtain the necessary information, including digital health data, Internet searches, direct contact with the insured, and communication with third party advisors (Accountants, Attorneys, etc.) with limited guidance.
Discusses cases with peer reviewers with medical and technical staff, as needed.
​ Understands and meets all quality, service, and production goals​.
Solves issues & escalations, with guidance as needed.
​ Partners with Underwriting Support for case management Cross-functional leadership May serve as underwriting representative for improvement in product process w/collaboration w/functional partners.
​Participates in other projects as needed.
Qualifications A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
1.5 years of traditional underwriting experience.
Analytical skills with the ability to make independent decisions and apply sound judgment in the application of rules.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information, and exercise tact, diplomacy, and resourcefulness.
Proficient in computer skills and using various software packages.
Ability to work accurately while maintaining speed and flexibility in a team and independent production environment.
Highly organized with the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
Displays agility to manage multiple tasks​ and adapt in a changing work environment.

- Start: $61,530.00 Pay Range
