Job Description:Rite-HiteService Techniciansinstall, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. In addition, Service Technicians act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force. This position works independently or in small teams in a field service environment, and is a primary customer contact. As an apprentice, you will spend the majority of your time working closely with a senior Technician, learning our products and our customers and developing the skills needed to work on your own.
Required Experience:Rite-Hitesells the best and we hire the best. While this is an entry-level position, some prior mechanical or electrical experience is helpful. Selected candidate must be able to work independently in a field environment. Good customer service skills are required. This position requires the ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds. As this position requires driving a company vehicle, a pre-employment drug test and clean driving record are required, as is a DOT physical.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to support students with diverse learning needs, including learning, mental, emotional, and physical disabilities. This person will work closely with an assigned teacher and provide support by working with students individually and in groups, assisting with lesson plans and materials, grading homework, and writing progress reports. In order to thrive in this role, the paraprofessional must be caring, compassionate, and committed to each student’s success.

Experience/Requirements:
- Experience as a Paraprofessional, ideally in a school based setting.

With 20 years of experience in the advocacy space, The Borgen Project has worked to support the passage of numerous bills that have benefitted close to 500 million people in developing countries.
Political Affairs Internship:
The role focuses on making poverty a focus of U.S., Canadian and U.K. foreign policy. This is a part-time 12-hours per week, 12 week, unpaid remote internship. If your availability is limited, you can work ahead and complete the program in fewer weeks.

Responsibilities will include:
Leading public and political outreach in your state and district.
Meeting with members of Congress/Government in your State/District/Constituency.
Representing The Borgen Project at various business, political and community events.
Assisting with fundraising. Create a personal fundraising campaign and meet targets.
Mobilizing individuals to contact their members of Government in support of key poverty-reduction legislation.
Speaking to groups, classes and organizations.
Writing letters of support for key programs to political leaders, media and other groups.
Experience:
No prior experience is necessary, we're looking for people who are passionate about fighting poverty and righting wrongs, regardless of your GPAs/background.
Details:
This is an unpaid internship, although college credit is available. The position can be worked remotely from any of the following countries: U.S., U.K., Canada, France or Australia.

New programs begin every month, you choose the month you wish to start.
