Position Overview:

UNIQLO USA is looking for a talented and energetic analyst to join our Customer Engagement Center. This individual will be responsible for finding ways to improve the overall customer experience based on Voice Of Customer (VOC). We expect this person to represent our current and future customers, working directly with management, and key department leaders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer inquiries, various types of feedback. and related data.
• Report to management and department leaders with suggestions on how to improve customer experience when working with logistics-related inquiries.
• Understand customer voices, identify and work closely with business stakeholders both internal and external to troubleshoot customer pain points with the customer experience with efficiency.
• Ownership to resolve customer issues including responding to customer inquiries and creating/updating SOP.
• Continuously work with CEC team members to streamline and improve the customer experience and operations efficiencies within CEC.
• Be able to take the lead as necessary, including customer support, in order to investigate the actual situation and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the Loss Prevention and Fraud Investigation teams to identify and resolve issues impacting customer experience.
• Is up to date and understanding of industry fraud trends
• Skills in defining requirements for operational changes or service improvement
• Capability to adhere to team processes and standards, while leading process improvement efforts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required, preferable areas of study are: Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Marketing, Customer Service or similar
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Logistics or E-commerce is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint as well as similar tools
• Flexibility and agility to adapt to changing and evolving business requirements and objectives.
• Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster strong cross-functional relationships, internally and externally.

Salary: $92,000 - $97,000

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Executive Management & Government Affairs, will serve as a key partner within the Office of the CEO, supporting enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, executive decision-making, and cross-functional execution.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 1–3 years of professional experience in corporate strategy, consulting, business operations, project management, finance, healthcare, or related fields.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives or participating in multi-departmental projects.
• Exposure to executive-level reporting or presentation preparation preferred but not required.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare and biopharma) is a plus.
• Internship or early-career experience in strategy, analytics, or operations roles will be considered.
• Bilingual, Korean preferred.

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support project management and ensure smooth financial and document control processes across multiple projects. This role serves as the administrative backbone of construction operations, overseeing subcontractor billing, bank requisitions, and Procore documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Review subcontractor invoices and payment applications to ensure compliance with executed contracts, schedules of values, and budgets; resolve discrepancies with project teams.
• Prepare and submit monthly bank requisitions, including AIA documents, lien waivers, and supporting materials; track funding status and reconcile draws.
• Maintain Procore as the central project platform, updating contracts, change orders, budgets, and project documentation to ensure audit-ready records.
• Support accounting processes, subcontractor compliance tracking (COIs, lien waivers), change order administration, and project meeting documentation.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of construction administration or project coordination experience.
• Procore (or similar software) proficiency.
• Strong understanding of subcontract billing, AIA payment documents, and contract compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; experience with bank draws and lien documentation a plus.
