What You Will Do:

  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs).

  • Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and participate in case conferences.

  • Document all care activities accurately using point-of-care systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

  • NBCOT certification and state licensure/registration.

  • Minimum one year of experience or completion of a 6–8 week preceptorship.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Home health experience preferred.
