We are looking for a Machine Vision / Controls Engineer to join our fast-paced automation engineering firm. This role focuses on developing machine vision inspection systems while also supporting controls development and feasibility testing for custom automation equipment.
You will perform vision feasibility studies, camera/lens/lighting selection, and vision programming, primarily using Keyence Machine Vision systems. In addition, you will support PLC programming, system integration, and automation debugging on our custom machines.

Job Summary:
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for underwriting complex low-income housing tax credit projects with sophisticated developer and investor partners, driving deals through the closing process, managing and coordinating Credit Committee memos, and providing in-depth analysis of key diligence items to recommend actions to the Committee and Risk Officer. In this process, the Senior Account Manager performs an unbiased evaluation of transactions, structuring tax credit investments, measuring the risks, and identifying mitigants associated with these transactions. As AVP of Training, this role plays a primary role in guiding accounts management colleagues in LIHTC underwriting concepts and financial modeling, both through formal training and informal consultation.
Essential Job Functions:
Function/Responsibility -
As part of underwriting assigned proposed tax credit investments:
- Understands all facets of the deal, including but not limited to guarantor review, income and expense analysis, financial underwriting, and due diligence review
- Facilitates due diligence collection and review
- Joins and is an active participant in closing calls to maintain the closing timeline
- Prepares and presents the Investment Memo package – including narratives, descriptions, risks and mitigants, and other ad hoc analyses illustrating pertinent aspects of the investment – for internal approval at various times during the closing process

The lab develops RNA-, and CRISPR-based approaches for laminopathies and muscular dystrophies, using viral and non-viral delivery platforms (i.e., AAV and extracellular vesicles (EVs)). The lab also leads EV-based biomarker discovery efforts in muscular dystrophies. This position will require experience in EV and/or AAV isolation, purification, and characterization, -omics workflows, mouse work, including dosing and tissue collection. This person will handle administrative duties, assist with invoicing and documentation, respond to customer and insurance inquiries, and help keep projects moving efficiently from initial call through accounts receivable.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
During on boarding and ramping up of position, will need to work in a production capacity supporting warehouse and packout teams. This role requires the ability to regularly lift 35lbs and work in challenging environments associated with restoration work.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Schedule packout jobs and coordinate with field teams
- Assist with invoice preparation and job documentation
- Enter and manage job data in company systems
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and clients regarding invoices and job status
- Support collections, negotiations with adjusters and customers, follow up on outstanding invoices
- Maintain organized digital and physical job files
- Assist with internal reporting and general office operations
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative or office management experience
- Ability to learn new systems and software solutions
- Strong negotiation skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with insurance restoration, moving, logistics, or construction industries preferred
- Experience with restoration software such as Xactimate or iCat Contents Management is a plus
- Experience with PSA or CRM software is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining service performance, improving system reliability, and driving operational excellence across the SAP environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Serve as the Service Owner for SAP, accountable for maintaining SAP service levels and overall platform performance.
- Lead efforts to reduce incident rates and improve operational stability.
- Participate in major incident on-call support as needed.
- Collaborate with audit teams to ensure compliance with internal controls and governance requirements.
- Review and improve the quality of production changes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and document defects and system issues, partnering with Product Owners to prioritize resolution.
- Maintain and organize SAP documentation to support operational processes and knowledge management.
- Manage SAP licenses to ensure compliance and optimize technology costs.
- Provide input and recommendations to support the long-term SAP technology roadmap.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years of SAP experience
- Strong working knowledge of: SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP FI/CO, SAP Basis, SAP GRC, SAP ABAP
- Familiarity with ITIL support practices, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Release Management
- Experience using ServiceNow
- Ability to work effectively in an outsourced or complex IT environment
- Experience working with legacy and modern computing architectures
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
