Responsibilities:
- Generate new customer sales for TDS by knocking on residential doors and engaging prospects at community events. Present and sell Internet, TV, Voice, and Mobile services, answer questions, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of activity and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth installation and excellent customer experience.
- Travel to other markets to support DFN launches and increase penetration rates and developing relationships with local partners.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of direct (door to door) sales experience.
- Must be eligible for a seller’s permit and/or solicitors license as required by market.
- Must have access to reliable transportation.
Other Qualifications
- Door to door sales experience in the broadband/fiber industry preferred.
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to consistently follow up with customers in a timely manner.

* Provide 100% inpatient floor coverage for neurosurgical patients* Manage post-operative care for spinal and cranial cases* Perform patient assessments and collaborate with the neurosurgery team* Provide care in the MICU, SICU, and ED settings* Coordinate with a team of seven neurosurgeons for ongoing patient management
Qualifications
* Certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)* Extensive experience in neurosurgery, including both spinal and cranial cases* Strong background in post-operative and neurocritical care* Not suitable for primary care NPs or providers without neurosurgical experience
Working Hours
* 7-on/7-off schedule* Daily hours: 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM* No call responsibilities
Skills
* Proficient in managing ICU-level neurosurgical patients* Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills* Ability to work effectively in high-acuity settings* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
