This role is perfect for a leader who thrives in a player/coach environment—balancing hands‑on clinical care with team development and operational leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the PT department; ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance
- Provide patient care while mentoring and supporting PTs, PTAs, and Aides
- Develop and expand programs such as post‑offer testing, FCEs, and employment screenings
- Build strong referral and employer relationships through community outreach
- Maintain accurate documentation, billing practices, and departmental quality standards
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in healthcare or related field
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active (or eligible) state PT license
- 2+ years of leadership experience preferably in an outpatient environment
- 5+ years of direct Physical Therapy experience
- CPR certification; knowledge of CPT/ICD‑10
