Position Overview

The Recruiter, Interim Accounting & Finance is a client-facing, execution-focused role responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing accounting and finance professionals into temporary and interim roles. This role partners closely with Business Development leaders and clients to understand hiring needs, identify the right candidate profiles, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Candidate Management

Position Description

Across a variety of media, the Designer will play a key role in helping us articulate our purpose and vision for meaningful political discourse: on social media, at in-person thought-leadership events and ambassador gatherings, in emails and newsletters, in presentations to senior political leaders and other stakeholders, and beyond. With dotted-line leadership from the EVP of Research, the core of this position is dedicated to conducting open-source research on a variety of foreign affairs and national security issues. More specifically, you will be researching, analyzing, and interpreting data as it relates to sanctions, export controls, and criminal/illicit networks. You will be responsible for the diligent pursuit of data as it relates to ever-evolving market demand and our client inquiries.

Working collaboratively with the Kharon Research team, you will contribute to the development of new datasets and update existing ones, identifying and utilizing new sources and developing subject matter expertise on the various strategic topics. Leveraging your sound analytical approach and research techniques, you will identify data typologies and conduct risk-relevant research that contributes to the health of our data intelligence and overall platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Splunk Platform Management: Install, configure, and maintain Splunk Enterprise, UBA, and SOAR in both on-premises and cloud/hybrid architectures; perform system upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting. Strong preference for any Oracle cloud experience.
