Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative located in Medford, NJ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, presenting insurance product options to clients, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients in person and virtually, maintaining client relationships, and staying up-to-date with market trends to provide the best solutions to clients' needs.

- Comfortable with data storytelling and using KPIs to drive decision-making
- Experience collaborating with global delivery centers (LATAM, APAC, South Asia)
- Familiarity with marketing services, digital operations, or offshore staffing

• Ability to read and interpret insurance requirements, including COIs
