Qualifications: 1.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.

Current Connecticut state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.

3.

A minimum of 5 years of circulating experience, with a strong preference for experience in orthopedics.

4.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.

5.

Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification preferred.

6.

Demonstrated ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.

7.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Proficient in the use of medical software and equipment.
