Reproductive Endocrinologists

FREMONT: We are looking to hire 2 full-time physicians to help us expand our REI/IVF practice in the Fremont area. Our service area - the Greater Southern Alameda Area - has OBGYN offices in 3 locations: Fremont, San Leandro, and Union City with 60+ OB/GYN physicians. We support 2 hospitals located in our Fremont and San Leandro campuses, with 1 Labor and Delivery unit in San Leandro. We are a team that values high quality, evidence-based medicine with a commitment to performance improvement work. We deliver approximately 4000 births a year; led by our Hospitalist group and supported by 20+ midwives. Our hospital has a Level 3 NICU and Neonatologists on staff. Our team of specialists includes 5 Perinatologists, 1 Urogynecologist, 2 REI/IVF specialists, 3 MIGS fellowship trained physicians, and 3 Complex Family Planning fellowship trained physicians. We serve a diverse patient population who speak 53 languages and have an established Maternal Child Health Patient Advisory Committee that focuses on health equity. We offer an exciting OB/GYN practice with lots of opportunity to grow as a physician in a supportive environment. All of our new hires have a physician mentor and participate in a robust onboarding program. We also offer an opportunity to participate in teaching and mentoring medical students.
SACRAMENTO:We are looking to hire a full-time physician to help us expand our REI/IVF practice in the Sacramento area. We currently have 2 board-certified physicians, 1 REI-trained PA, and 2 NPs, a close-knit team of support staff (RNs, LVN's, MA's), and a broad network of Kaiser Permanente physician colleagues, including Gyn/Onc, MFM, urogynecology, female pelvic pain, and minimally invasive surgery specialists, and over 94 OB/GYN generalists and 16 OB/GYN NPs in our medical center and satellite campuses. You will be joining a large group of KP Northern California REI specialists. We also have a reproductive urologist available for consultation (TESE/MESA capability).
SAN RAMON: We are looking to hire a full-time physician to help us expand our REI/IVF practice in San Ramon. We currently have two physicians and two REI-trained NPs, a close-knit team of support staff, and a broad network of Kaiser Permanente physician colleagues. You will be joining a large group of KP Northern California REI specialists.
SANTA CLARA: We are looking to hire a full-time physician to help us expand our REI/IVF practice in the South Bay. We currently have 4 board-certified physicians (1 full-time and 3 part-time) and 4 REI-trained NPs, 2 part-time REI trained advice nurses, a close-knit team of support staff (LVN's and MA's), and a broad network of Kaiser Permanente physician colleagues, including Gyn/Onc, MFM, urogynecology, female pelvic pain, and 10 minimally invasive surgery specialists, and 68 OB/GYN generalists and 3 OB/GYN NPs in our medical center and satellite campuses. Title: HYBRID HIM Team Lead (Boston, MA)
Responsibilities/ Job Duties:
- Assign, prioritize, and monitor daily EHR processing tasks to ensure timely completion of document indexing and record management.
- Provide day-to-day guidance, operational direction, and support to up to 5 staff members.
- Train new employees, identify knowledge gaps, and support ongoing staff education related to EPIC systems and workflows.

The Operations Accounts Receivable Lead will own the end-to-end receivables lifecycle for all bulk and wholesale matcha transactions, from national accounts to smaller customers. This role is responsible not only for invoicing and collections, but for actively managing cash risk, enforcing contract terms, aligning customer deposits with production and allocation schedules, and ensuring the company is never over-exposed on inventory or shipments. - Manage the full AR lifecycle: contract review → deposit requirements → invoicing → collections → reconciliation.
- Oversee receivables across all customer segments, including national accounts, distributors, private-label customers, and smaller wholesale buyers.
- Ensure all negotiated pricing, freight terms, surcharges, tariffs, and special conditions are accurately entered, tracked, and collected.

- Audit all customer activity against executed sales contracts to ensure strict adherence to:

- Import/Export & Logistics – to ensure payments clear before shipment while avoiding port or vessel delays
- Sales – to structure payment terms that protect cash while remaining commercially viable
- Ensure the rule is enforced: no payment = no release, without causing shipment bottlenecks or customer escalations; for NET term customers ensuring that their account is in good standing before additional goods release and enforcing and correcting any negative credit performance of any NET term customers.
Collections Leadership & Execution
- Lead and manage the AR/accounting team responsible for:
- Continuous follow-ups
- Structured, timely, and increasingly firm payment nudges
- Clear documentation of customer communications and commitments

Qualifications & Experience
- 5–10+ years in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Accounting leadership, preferably in:

- Food & beverage
- Import/export or inventory-heavy businesses
- Sales contracts with multiple variables in payment dues (freight, tariffs, goods, price increases, and so on)

Basic Qualifications
* BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
* Current Pharmacist license as granted by the appropriate state licensing authority.
