Providing daily supervision and mentorship
Managing household routines and student schedules
Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off.
On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Flex Houseparents eventually transition into a Placed Houseparent role, where they live and work with the same group of students in their own student home.

How you will contribute:
The Hospice Medical Social Worker is a vital member of the interdisciplinary team, responsible for providing emotional, social, financial, and resource-based support to patients and families navigating serious illness and end-of-life care.
This role requires compassion, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support patients and families through highly sensitive and meaningful experiences.
THIS IS PART TIME, 20 HOURS WEEKLY TO START - Flexible with schedule arrangements.
How you will make an impact:
- Provide social casework as an entity, where appropriate, to individuals and families receiving nursing or other services from the Agency
- Assess, when appropriate, a family's financial situation taking into consideration the patient's prognosis and medical needs, and referring to an Agency for financial assistance if indicated, interpreting the medical situation to the referring Agency and generally facilitating the process of referral
- Respond to referrals for casework by Agency staff or professionals from outside the Agency providing service as appropriate
- Participate in Agency IDG team conferences identifying social problems, their severity, and their inter-relatedness to the medical situation, as well as assessing a family's strengths and weaknesses and discussing alternate methods of alleviating the situation
- Refer patients and families to community agencies with appropriate follow-up
- Participate in case conferences with other agencies
- Interpret social resources to staff and health services to special agencies
- Be responsible to ensure the use of the 4Ms (What Matters to the patient, Medications, Mentation, and Mobility) and provide Age-Friendly Care
The Experience and Skills You’ll Bring
- Master's degree (MSW) from a school of Social Work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
- Has a current Social Worker License in the state of practice in accordance with state licensure requirements
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Proficiency in clinical skills
- Be available at all times during agency operating hours or as needed
- The ability to make sound professional clinical judgment
- The ability to assess and document patient needs and formulate individualized patient care plans to meet those needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in personal computer use including email, clinical, word processing, and spreadsheet software
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Advanced Palliative Hospice Social Worker Certification-APHSW-C, through Social Work and Palliative Care Network.
- Two years’ experience within hospice
- Certified in Volunteer Administration (CVA), through Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration
- EMR experience

Description:
Rite-HiteService Technicianswill install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. In addition, Service Technicians act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force. This position works independently or in small teams in a field service environment, and is a primary customer contact.
Rite-Hitesells the best and we hire the best. This position requires experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred. Selected candidate must be able to work independently in a field environment. Good customer service skills are required. This position requires the ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds. As this position requires driving a company vehicle, a pre-employment drug test and clean driving record are required, as is a DOT physical.

The hiring range for this position in USA-OH-Broadview Hts is $23.35-$32.10 per hour based on a 40-hour work week. The number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. Standard shop hours are (4) ten-hour days Mon-Thurs. 6:00am 4:30pm, with occasional overtime on Fridays as needed.
OGS Machining is a medium-volume, production job shop whose average machining order is 100 - 500 pcs. 75% of our jobs are made from bar stock with the remaining 25% are machining castings or billet. All parts can easily be held in your hand, no cranes or material handling equipment are necessary. The majority of our CNC turning equipment is less than 4 years old, and state-of-the-art.
Job Summary
Responsible for set-up, occasional program editing (at the controls) and operation of vertical mills for production.
Essential Functions
- Setup mills for production machining.
- Prove out and inspect first piece for each setup.
- Troubleshoot, edit, and optimize existing programs to ensure efficient overall production (most of our programming is done at the control via G-code).
- Document new program changes and processes to ensure setups can be duplicated and overall production time is optimized.
- Oversee the quality of parts produced in the machining cell.
- To be proactively aware of work load and plan tooling requirements for future jobs ensuring minimum downtime
- To make most efficient use of machinery and equipment, including the use of proper feeds and speeds, cutter compensation and modern programming strategies.
- Inspect and deburr parts to ensure they meet blueprint specifications using proper measuring instruments. Take ownership of the quality of parts you produce.
- Help produce jigs and fixtures that improve productivity
- Use skill and caution to prevent damage to machinery and equipment (crashes, etc)
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on machinery, and keep your work area clean and tidy.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirements
- At least 2 years experience of working unaided on setting up and operating CNC mills In a job shop environment.
- Must have a good understanding of CNC programming structure, tooling theory, and speeds / feeds for various materials.
- Previous experience with Fanuc controls preferred.
- Any manual programming or program editing experience is a plus.
- Previous experience with Makino horizontal mills is helpful (but not required)
- Must be able to identify critical blueprint dimensions and how to inspect/ check these critical dimensions. Strong GD&T skills a plus.
- Possession of own measuring tools / gages is a plus our QC department can provide gages as needed, and will calibrate any/all personal gages owned by the employee.
- Ability to work on a wide variety of complex parts from drawings.
- Ability to change and adapt work behaviors based on a constantly changing production schedule.
- Must be dependable and detailed oriented.
