With multiple offices now operating across the region and revenue climbing fast, they’re adding a Contract Administrator to help keep projects organized, compliant, and financially aligned from award through closeout.

This is a boots-on-the-ground construction environment — fast-paced, blue-collar, and team-oriented. You’ll work directly with Project Managers and collaborate closely with Accounting to ensure contracts, insurance documentation, pay apps, and change orders are handled accurately and on time.

What You’ll Own

• Prepare and manage contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and amendments
• Track and maintain change order logs and subcontract documentation
• Review and process subcontractor pay applications before submission to Accounting
• Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs), bonds, lien waivers, and compliance documentation
• Ensure insurance requirements are met and remain current throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain organized contract records from project start through closeout
• Support Project Managers with documentation, reporting, and financial alignment
• Coordinate closely with the Financial Controller to ensure cost tracking accuracy

What They’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

• 2+ years of experience in a construction contract administration role
• Experience working for a General Contractor or Subcontractor
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and insurance requirements
• Experience with HCSS and Sage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, no-frills construction environment

Highly Preferred:

• Heavy civil or underground utility experience
• COI management experience

This position is a liaison between lenders and escrow closers and will communicate and coordinate with lenders for the preparation of settlement statements, file balancing and related lender requirements. Summary

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Assists physicians with examinations and procedures to serve the medical needs of patients with various health conditions in a professional, confidential, and caring manner.
