The Houseman requires an approachable, friendly and polished demeanor with a guest focus mindset.  As Houseman you will create a warm & welcome atmosphere throughout the hotel by maintaining clean and safe public spaces and delivering guest request. • Test equipment daily before opening the ride to guests.  

• Enforce park policies, ride restrictions and ride recommendations.  

• Restrict the number of guests on the loading platform to the number who can be seated on the ride.  

• Ensure safe operation of the ride. Makes certain that queue lines are safe and orderly.  

• Assist with the loading and unloading of the ride to include small children and guests with disabilities.  

• Verify that safety restraints and belts are correctly secured before the ride is set into motion.

• Audio Engineers with troubleshooting skills, understanding of signal flow in live mixing; knowledge of QLab playback and show control as well as digital sound consoles such as Mackie and Allen+Heath are a plus.
• Master Electricians to oversee and maintain designated show rigs and control systems. Must be capable of troubleshooting equipment and software problems at a moment's notice. Knowledge of conventional and moving lighting fixtures, DMX addressing and ETC Consoles are a must. Knowledge of Video Walls, Pixel/LED tape and Power Distro Racks are a plus. 
• Operate a variety of equipment, as assigned, such as golf carts, forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, construction equipment, and motor vehicles.
