Job Summary: The Interventional Radiology (IR) Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care for patients undergoing invasive procedures within IR, CT, and Ultrasound modalities. This role includes administering moderate sedation, monitoring patient status throughout procedures, and collaborating closely with radiologists and technologists to ensure safe and efficient delivery of care.

Qualifications: Current RN license to practice in NC (NC license or multi-state (compact) license). BSN preferred; professional specialty nursing certification preferred. Meets general hospital and departmental orientation and competency requirements. BLS, ACLS, and PALS required. If new hires do not have current certifications, they may obtain ACLS and PALS during departmental orientation as part of their onboarding. Critical care or procedural nursing experience preferred.
