Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2 + years sales experience in an outbound Virtual/Tele-sales or field sales role preferably with a healthcare or pharma emphasis
  • Launch experience is a plus
  • Strong sales aptitude on a highly competitive market, documented sales results, and a rich understanding of the total office call
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software especially Word, Excel and Outlook required with the ability to learn new software as needed
  • Excellent communication & rapport building skills
  • Ability to learn complex medical topics that will include patient assistance programs, pharmacy and insurance/market access landscapes, and adhere to established compliance guidelines
  • Aptitude and confidence to converse with physicians, as well as all levels of medical office staff
  • Stable internet connection adequate to support voice over VoIP calls and virtual call platforms

Your Impact:

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate new business through a combination of inside sales outreach and outside, in-person client meetings.
  • Farm and grow existing accounts by building deep relationships and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Utilize provided tools, leads, and CRM to prospect, pipeline, and close new logistics opportunities.
  • Develop tailored logistics solutions that meet both prospect and existing client supply chain needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in logistics.

  • Comfort with inside sales outreach and outside client meetings (local travel may be required).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance system reporting capabilities.
  • Champion data governance, consistency, and best practices across the organization.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
  • Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and analytics tools.
  • Background supporting a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ability to own data end-to-endβ€”from extraction to interpretation to executive presentation.
  • Experience automating reporting and analytics processes.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $120,000 + 15% Bonus
