Job Summary

Job Duties

• Experienced team of 2 physicians and 2 physician assistants
• Monday-Friday schedule with weekend fertility procedures if necessary
• Full scope practice including IVF and surgery
• Teaching opportunities available

Position Details

• $150,000 recruitment incentive for a 4-year commitment
• Competitive straight salary model linked to quality and value versus productivity measures in addition to recruitment incentives
• Excellent benefits package, including Malpractice & Tail coverage
• A 5% employer contribution to 401(k) plan, 9% over certain wages
