Our client is is seeking an ERCP trained Gastroenterologist to join this 100+ provider multi-specialty group in a great location! Just 45 minutes from Wichita.

Enjoy a 4.5 day work week, with over 20 support specialties.

Salary guarantee for 18 months and then a become a partner!Multi Specialty Group Employee w/ Partnership .   Annual Salary.  Production Incentives available.  Signing Bonus available, contact us for details.  Relocation Bonus available.  $650K total package (Salary/Signing Bonus).  

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

* Performs expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance. This includes but is not limited to: observing devises in operation to location root cause of problem; dismantling devices to gain access to and remove defective parts; examining parts to detect imperfections; adjustment of functional parts of devices and control instruments; repair and/or replacement of defective parts; testing of device to observe performance; and performing tests for electrical circuitry and mechanical systems; reconditioning and repairing machine tools.

* Identifies and sources parts, supplies and repair items as necessary. Performs evaluations of alternatives to improve cost and / or reliability of equipment.

* Independently performs maintenance as per industry standards.

* Works with customer counterparts to optimize maintenance, reliability, and preventative maintenance procedures.

* May be required to setup and operate multiple machining operations including but not limited to: lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. May perform welding tasks.

* Conforms and complies with customer contractor codes of conduct, housekeeping standards, and safety processes

* Documents work performed in service reports, applicable management systems, and written explanation regarding observation and collected equipment performance data.

* Provides assistance to lower level technicians and leadership to project teams. Performs expert functions as a part of training and development.

* Troubleshoots and analyzes complex control systems to resolve in-depth software/ hardware and configuration problems.

* Utilizes advanced maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data. Observes trends and makes recommendations.

* Completes and conducts on-the-job training and technical self-study programs for career development.

* Follows all safety related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions and guidelines. Situational awareness and identify unsafe behaviors and conditions.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:

Essential KSAs:

* High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).

* Associates degree with a Technical focus and 10 years of related experience in specific industry; or, 12 years of experience in specific industry.

* Possesses comprehensive understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems. Can analyze the problem, synthesize alternative solutions, and perform repairs.

* Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.

* Extensive travel required. (Local, National). Applicants can live anywhere within the Continental U.S

Desirable KSAs:

* Experience in condition based maintenance techniques, precision mechanical alignments, and maintenance of applicable process equipment.

* Experience in programmable logic controllers, field device troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical drive and motor systems.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb, ascend/descend or balance to heights that may require a ladder or lift; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in confined spaces; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. The employee is regularly required to use close vision and color vision. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. Work is typically performed in a factory environment and is usually very loud. In the factory environment, the employee may be exposed to hazardous materials and/or greasy or slippery factory floors.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

* Accounts for expenses (such as labor, overtime, travel) of the assigned departments.

* Conducts coaching sessions with personnel as needed. Prepares performance evaluations, works with individuals on career planning, training, and skills development. Ensures compliance with hourly work rules. Provides input into hiring/termination decisions.

* Attends departmental and customer meetings as needed.

* Maintains regular interaction with management team and customers.

* Ensures all required reporting is completed.

* Utilizes multiple enterprise systems to conduct daily business within department.

* Makes personal follow up calls to all customer complaints. Escalation point for customer complaints.

* Adheres to all ISO processes, procedures, and policies.

* Develops and maintains business relationship with all ATS departments.

* Continually improves processes; quantitatively monitors processes. Completes required quality core classes and uses skills and techniques presented. Uses the Core Values in work environment. Ensures compliance with company/customer safety procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:

Essential KSAs:

* Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college; or equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

* Three (3) years of supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to successfully supervise people and customer relations.

* Ability to: read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups of customers or employees; work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference; apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations; solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; interpret and give a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

* Must be a team player, organized, self-motivated and able to prioritize. Must have comprehensive computer skills.
