Job Details This role supports the planning and execution of marketing events across North America, including exhibitions, conferences, summits, and workshops.
The Event Coordinator works closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure events are organized, on-brand, and deliver a positive experience for attendees.
This position is onsite and based in the greater Boston area.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate multiple event projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Support the planning, logistics, and execution of exhibitions and marketing events Partner with marketing and sales teams to align event goals and target audiences Assist with event schedules, programs, and on-site logistics Coordinate promotional materials, including email invitations and creative assets Manage event registration communications and attendee correspondence Book travel and lodging for staff attending offsite events Maintain event documentation, timelines, and planning resources Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external vendors Ensure all event materials and communications align with brand standards Requirements Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven problem-solving ability with a proactive mindset Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Authorized to work in the U.S.
