Mason, Bruce, & Girard, Inc., a natural resource consulting firm headquartered in Portland, OR., is seeking ambitious and enthusiastic Botanists to work on a variety of projects during the 2026 field season. As a team member in our Environmental Services Group, you will support multiple projects, complete and lead technical fieldwork, and draft reports. The Environmental Services Group has several exciting projects in 2026, and we are looking to fill our roster with Botanists of varying backgrounds such as wetland science, rangeland science, rare plant and noxious weed identification, and special status species survey experience. In this role, your major job duties will include:
Conduct botanical surveys within the Pacific Northwest.Overnight travel.Perform work with high degree of integrity.Record notes and documentation throughout fieldwork.Provide background research and draft portions of technical memos.Β Act in a supporting role to project managers and prepare project deliverables within allotted level of effort and schedule.Education and/or Experience

If Mother Nature can create it, we will survey it. Responsibilities
What you will do: Responsibilities listed include but not limited to:
- Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences

Qualifications
What you will need:

The basic requirements of a woman to serve as a surrogate are:

- In good physical health
- Non-smoker
- Has had at least one successful pregnancy
- Is capable of carrying a child to full term

In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.
Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. The amount of compensation is dependent upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, whether the surrogate carries twins, what procedures a surrogate is required to undergo and whether the delivery is vaginally or by cesarean section.

The MES Validation Engineer will support the deployment and validation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in a GMP environment. This role will be responsible for developing and executing validation documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards, and aligning validation strategies with existing GMP systems.
Key Responsibilities
As a Validation Engineer, you will:
- Develop, draft and route for approval overall test scripts, validation protocols and their associated reports for computer systems, ensuring they comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
- Work collaboratively with ITOT, system owner, quality partners and business process owner to ensure that strategies are aligned with existing GMP systems.
- Provide input on the validation strategy of the project.
- Provide guidance on overall test strategy and ensure alignment with existing validated computer systems.
- Execute formal validation in a GMP environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in Rockwell FactoryTalk PharmaSuite
- 5 years of experience as a Validation Professional; Proven experience in developing and executing validation protocols for computer systems
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements such as FDA, EMA, GxP, and industry standards related to system validation
- Ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with computer systems and ensure compliance with industry best practices
- A solid understanding of Computerized System Validation (CSV)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Technology, Biology, Computer Science or a related life sciences discipline
- Experience in managing testing plans and testing execution
- Experience with industry specific tools such as ERP systems, ValGenesis, LIMS, SCADA, and other regulated life sciences platforms
Preferred Skills / Qualifications
- Professional certifications in validation or related fields (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Software Validation Specialist (CSVS))

Preschool Director Required Skills:
- Proven leadership experience at an early childhood facility with multiple classrooms and programs
- Compliance with state licensing standards at a director level, including but not limited to criminal background screening and fingerprinting
- Minimum requirement of education/experience within one of the following:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university combined with 6+ months of experience in the group care of children β or β
- Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education β or β
- Associate degree or equivalent combined with 1+ year in a supervisory position and 2+ years of experience in the group care of children
- Must be EEC - Director II Certified in the State of MA
- Comprehensive knowledge of national and state education standards, licensing requirements and procedures, and fire, health, and OSHA regulations
- Strong knowledge of USDA Nutritional Standards for Schools
- Must have the ability to travel.
- Must have the ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
- Must be at least 21 years old and meet corporate driving requirements
- Valid Driverβs License with a driving record that meets company standards
Preschool Director Responsibilities:
Education and Curriculum
- The Preschool Director ensures successful implementation of approved preschool curriculum by providing and maintaining quality educational programs
- Maintains compliance with accreditation and state licensing requirements as well as all applicable state and federal laws, and preschool policies and procedures
- Extensive knowledge and understanding National and State Education Standards and maintaining the school at a level exceeding these standards
- Practice effective counseling and advising of students and parents while fostering a safe learning environment
- Emphasizing studentβs achievement and create an environment that nurtures and promotes childrenβsβ development and well-being
- Knowledge and experience in effective communication protocols
- Ensures environment maintains safe, organized, and meeting the high-quality standards of Cadence Education
- Knowledge and experience in team processes for advancing learning outcomes
- Participate in marketing events, campaigns, and community relations
Leadership and Managing Performance
- The Preschool Director upholds company standards and set the example by consistently modeling professional leadership, management and instructional skills while interacting with others. Demonstrates consistency in words and actions
- Clearly communicates preschool standards, guidelines, and preschool policies to all staff and stress their importance to the organization
- Ability to train a staff of 20-40 and oversee the completion of performance appraisals, supervise the development of individualized goals for staffβs professional growth and development, as well as supervise the monitoring and evaluation of goal accomplishment

Financial Management
- Analyzes financial profit and loss results, customer satisfaction measures, and other key performance data to make the best decisions for the success of our preschool
