We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst 3 to lead and enhance our cash operations, banking infrastructure, and liquidity strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal cash flow, minimizing risk, and supporting strategic financial initiatives across the organization.
The Analyst is responsible for a variety of day-to-day activities which may include cash positioning, our commercial paper program, equity contributions and dividend analysis, and bank account management & maintenance. In addition, the Treasury Analyst prepares and updates the cash forecast, may prepare Treasury's journal entries for the monthly & quarterly accounting close process and assists with bi-weekly and monthly reporting for our executives and accounting team. Assist implementing the company's risk management functions in foreign currency hedge programs. This position helps with long-term debt and equity issuances, including fundable property activities for our mortgage, and the reporting required by our regulators. This position could help with ad hoc projects and presentations as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily cash positioning, forecasting, and reconciliation across multiple entities and bank accounts
- Manage and optimize banking relationships, including onboarding and facilitating KYC/legal processes, fee negotiations, and service evaluations
- Lead implementation and enhancement of treasury systems and cash management tools
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to support strategic planning
- Assists in implementing the Company's risk management functions in foreign currency hedge programs
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and treasury policies
- Support capital markets activities, including debt issuance, covenant compliance, and interest rate management
- Lead fundable property analysis and record keeping for the mortgage
- Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, FP&A, tax, and legal teams to align treasury operations
- Provide strategic insights on liquidity, working capital, and investment opportunities
- Supports deliverables for the preparation of company's SEC reporting filings and monthly/quarterly Treasury accounting related activities
- Maintains technical knowledge/skills of established business practices and current trends in cash management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CTP preferred)
- 7+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience, ideally in a multi-entity environment
- Strong understanding of cash management systems, banking platforms, and treasury technology
- Proven experience with cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and banking operations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, treasury workstations (e.g., Kyriba, GTreasury), and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) with SAP preferred

Turner & Townsend are seeking an experienced Associate Director - Project Controls Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successful client delivery and managing project control teams. This individual will lead project controls services for major client accounts and will help with wider business initiatives as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for establishing and executing the high-level strategic direction of project controls including cost management, risk management, and schedule management.
- Responsible for the project budget approval process.
- Leads risk workshops with the project team to identify risks, establish likelihood/severity, mitigation actions and Owners.
- Take the lead for project controls deliverables that require cross-functional input.
- Motivate the team by providing clear direction and goals.
- Assist with weekly team meetings to discuss progress on initiatives and to drive performance.
- Lead the development and production of regular reporting.

- Develop the set of controls to assure team performance against the Project baseline metrics.
- Develop protocols and guidelines for Diversity Compliance, Monitoring, and Reporting.
- Establish the metrics and basis for progress reporting against the Project, Projects, and Contracts. Reporting shall include Performance Measurement, Forecasting, Trending, Issues, Actions, Progress, and Overall Status.
- Develop project guidelines and protocols for cost reduction initiatives. Review project level cost reduction recommendations.
- Review project level diversity recommendations.
- Review construction progress and approve recovery plans.
- Review the claims resolutions recommendations.
- Collaborate with appropriate internal and external stakeholders to achieve consent.
- Establishes ongoing risk process and coordinates regular Monte Carlo analyses.
- Project intake: Consider expansion of deliverables to ensure more robust business cases/estimates/schedules are developed.
- Consider the development of an end-to-end process that captures the project controls information from intake through to closeout. Including incorporating a feedback loop for intake/cost/scheduling closeout information.
- Consider the integration of intake/cost/scheduling reporting to provide a holistic approach to project controls.
- Leads the Project Controls Team and ensures deliverables with quality control and assurance.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

- Experience with lean methodologies and have worked in the biotech or related life science industry is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
- Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant project controls experience.
- 2+ years managing high performing project control teams in a consulting environment.

Qualifications: GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as: Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.

Job Description:
BroadPath, a Sagility Company, is hiring UM RN Appeals Coordinator to join our remote team! Claims Processors are responsible for the accurate and timely entry, review, and resolution of medical claims ranging from simple to moderately complex. This includes reviewing front-end claims and validating information submitted by patients or providers seeking reimbursement from the insurance company. All claim processing must align with CMS guidelines and client-specific policies and procedures.
Schedules, pay rates, and program details may vary based on business needs and client assignment.

- Training Schedule: 2 weeks, Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

Responsibilities
A. Performs necessary review to ensure compliance with HHSC and other regulatory entities
- Collaborate: Partners with the physician team to identify strategies for action and determine appropriate guideline citations or responses based on the category of denial
- Develop: Creates training materials and examples for nursing staff to enhance understanding of criteria application, benefit use, and the appeal, External Medical Review (EMR), and Fair Hearing processes
- Coordinate: Ensures continuity of care needs are met and advocates on behalf of Members and families for out-of-network authorization approvals
Implement: Identifies problems, barriers, and opportunities within processes and develops resolutions or revisions as needed - Evaluate: Conducts quarterly assessments of appeal status and program activities, preparing reports for both the State of Texas and internal review
- Analyze: Reviews requests against regulatory and decision-making guidelines and benefit allowances, implements actions in collaboration with the physician reviewer panel, and monitors timeliness, decision-making, and processing of appeals, EMRs, and State Fair Hearings in accordance with regulatory and accrediting standards
B. Performs all necessary communication and documentation functions
- Communicates with internal staff, Members/LARs, physicians, hospital representatives, and other
- Providers regarding case status, due process, rationale, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinates Fair Hearing requests through TIERS when a Member/LAR or Provider requests an EMR or Fair Hearing
- Utilizes an Independent Review Organization as needed for specialty or external reviews
- Oversees documentation and recordkeeping of all case communications in compliance with accrediting requirements
- Documents all activities and interactions in electronic and event tracking systems
Generates appeal determination letters as appropriate
C. Collaborates with clinical reviewers, medical directors, external physician reviewers, and network Providers
- Communicates with physicians on each case to establish the most appropriate course of action
- Provides education to nurse and therapist reviewers regarding appeal updates and process changes
- Maintains flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to address pharmacy-related denials
- Educates physician reviewers and clinical review staff on managed care and Medicaid policies and procedures
D. Conducts staff and medical director audits on appeal activities
- Assists with appeal file preparation for NCQA file reviews
- Supports the development of corrective action plans based on trended audit findings
E. Provides data for internal and external reporting
- Analyzes quarterly trends in appeal types and sources
- Reports appeal activity, type, and resolution, ensuring timely communication standards are met
- Assists with state reporting in the required format and ensures timely submission to HHSC to avoid financial penalties
Knowledge and Skills
- Demonstrates proficiency in applying advanced principles, concepts, and techniques central to nursing and ancillary therapy services within managed care, with emphasis on complex pediatrics and obstetrics
- Ability to comprehensively assess Member and family medical needs, develop and implement plans of care, provide ongoing evaluation and monitoring, and deliver education to Members, families, Providers, and staff
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in computer operation, word processing programs, fax machines, photocopiers, and multi-line telephones
- Strong customer service orientation and advanced interpersonal communication skills with all levels of internal and external stakeholders, including medical staff, patients and families, clinical personnel, support staff, outside agencies, and community partners
Qualifications
- RN license in an eNLC (Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact) state with multistate privileges
- 3+ years Nursing experience
- 1+ years’ Utilization Management experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology, utilization management guidelines, and clinical documentation standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with healthcare systems or electronic medical records
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key member of the sales leadership team, Director of Sales-Shop At Home is the general manager of the in-home business unit servicing markets without Blinds To Go showrooms (BTG Partners Program). Key Requirements
