Overview
Talent Groups is hiring multiple Contract Attorneys to support large scale product liability, class action, and mass tort litigation projects. These roles operate within a high volume, fast paced legal environment and play a critical role in supporting active litigation matters.
Attorneys will be directly involved in claims analysis, client communication, and case support functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and review claim related documentation
• Prepare detailed written responses to claimants and counsel
• Handle inbound and outbound communication, including complex phone inquiries
• Collaborate with project managers and legal team members
• Deliver high quality, client focused support with strong attention to detail
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment
Required Skills
• JD from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign equivalent may be considered)
• Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
• Litigation experience

Position Overview
The Legal Department is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to oversee the maintenance and management of contract templates and the contract system. This role is essential to ensuring Legal contract processes remain efficient, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and applicable laws. And reporting output to Legal and executives in the form of analytics and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and organize standardized contract templates for various business needs, ensuring templates reflect the latest legal requirements and company policies.
- Manage the contract management system, including uploading new templates, clause management, archiving outdated versions, and ensuring accurate metadata tagging for easy retrieval.
- Provide guidance to users seeking contract templates regarding template selection and usage.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, revise, and refine contract templates based on feedback and evolving business requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners' requests. Assist with system troubleshooting, user training, and documentation for the contract management platform.
- Support periodic audits of contract templates and system records to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Coordinate with IT as part of the legal operations team to implement contract system upgrades, integrations, or process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive contract information at all times.
- Lead Legal intranet design and organization, and support knowledge hubs

Key Responsibilities
Attorney Coordination & Content Governance
- Partner with senior attorneys and subject matter experts to review and approve template and clause updates
- Organize periodic reviews of legal templates and clauses to ensure ongoing accuracy and relevance
- Harmonize clauses across different templates
- Coordinate feedback from attorneys and incorporate approved changes into standardized language
- Serve as a point of contact for questions related to approved templates and clause usage
Legal Knowledge Management
- Organize and manage the company's repository of legal templates and clause libraries
- Support consistency in legal drafting across the legal team
- Assist in developing guidance or playbooks related to template usage and standard language
- Help ensure attorneys are using current, approved versions of templates and clauses
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Support legal operations initiatives related to contract standardization and efficiency
- Collaborate with Legal Operations or other stakeholders on tools or systems used for template management
- Identify and propose improvements to processes governing template updates and approvals
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (active or eligible to become active)
- 0–3 years of relevant legal experience (law firm or in-house)
- Strong legal drafting and editing skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple updates and coordinate input from multiple stakeholders
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with commercial contracts or standard form agreements
- Exposure to legal operations, contract lifecycle management (CLM), or legal knowledge management
- Familiarity with contract management or document management systems
- Interest in process improvement and scalable legal solutions
