Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various pieces of manufacturing equipment using hand tools, power tools and precision measuring instruments. This position will visually inspect and listen to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions and keep equipment operational. The Maintenance Mechanic plays an essential role in providing safe and reliable equipment for manufacturing that produces quality products for our customers.
Safely and properly perform mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance procedures on all manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshooting and repairing of precision machinery and auxiliary equipment, utilizing blueprints, schematics, manufacturer specifications, and manuals.
Emphasize proactive measures to minimize reactive maintenance.
Maintain and repair mechanical systems including but not limited to: Gear Boxes, Drive Shafts, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Belt Drives, Bearings, Gas Trains, and Clutches.
Follow safety instructions while performing tasks and effectively communicating with operators, crew members, and management.
May also perform some basic welding, machining, and other mechanical tasks.
Experience in safety practices such as LOTO, Confined Space, Hot Works, Ladder & Lifts, and PIV operation.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment, with an understanding of the urgency of equipment downtime.
Basic knowledge of precision test and calibration equipment to perform preventative maintenance.
Basic understanding maintenance tooling, best practices, predictive tooling, greasing and lubrication practices.
Ability to understand and follow instructions, troubleshoot effectively and respond quickly to solve equipment malfunctions.
Must be able to work a 12-hour rotating schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

What will you do?
- Check in with management upon arrival for daily duties and station assignments.
- Attend pre-shift briefing, taking note of relevant information including service, food and beverage, and guest notes.
- May assist with running food/beverages to tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room including all equipment, utensils, tables, chairs, service stations, floors, and windows.
- Remove dirty dishes, silverware, and empty glasses from guest tables after guests depart. Return dirty dishes, silverware, glassware and linen to dish washing area, sorting appropriately and placing them in the assigned area for proper disposition.
- Reset tables once guests leave according to floor plan or instructions from management.

A fully trained BPA may be eligible for up to an additional 25% of base pay per the BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GL-5, GL-7, GL-9, GS-11, and GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without reapplying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level.

About the Role
We are seeking a pragmatic and business-minded Contracts Manager to join our legal department to help scale and strengthen our buy-side contracting function within our global manufacturing organization.
This position will focus primarily on buy-side contracts for goods and services, including supporting supply chain, IT, HR, and other business functions and will provide critical support to our procurement and legal teams. This role will help bring structure, consistency, and scalability to our buy-side contracting processes as we continue to grow. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and driving consistency across contract processes.
In the first twelve to eighteen months, success in this role will include establishing consistent contract intake and review workflows, creating a usable playbook for common vendor negotiations, improving visibility into renewals and key contract terms, and helping us prepare for implementation of a CLM system.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Required to meet in person with the IRIS participant a minimum of four times per year, with one required annual visit in the home of the participant. Because IRIS is a self-directed program, it is important for ICs to be available upon the request of the participant.
- Responsible for providing program orientation to new participants. During this time, participants will learn their rights and responsibilities as someone enrolled in the IRIS program, including verifying legal documents, completing employee paperwork and the responsible use of public dollars.
- Explore a broad view of the participant's life, including goals, important relationships, connections with the local community, interest in employment, awareness of the Self-Directed Personal Care option, and back-up support plans.
- Assist participants in identifying personal outcomes and ensure those outcomes are being met on an ongoing basis, all while staying within the participant's IRIS budget and within the requirements of the IRIS program determined by the Department of Health Services (DHS).
- Responsible for documenting all orientation and planning activities within the IRIS data system (WISITs) within 48 business hours of the visit with the participant.
- Research community resources and natural supports that will fit the individual outcomes for each participant and share that information with them as it becomes available.

This is a remote position, where you will partner with people in your community who are enrolled in the Wisconsin IRIS Program and the TMG IRIS Consultant Agency. While your office will be home-based, you will have regularly scheduled visits with IRIS participants in their home and community.
As an IRIS Consultant (IC), you will build relationships with the people you partner with and help them navigate and get the most out of the Wisconsin IRIS program – a Medicaid long-term care option for older adults and people with disabilities. Together, you will identify the long-term care goals of the people enrolled in IRIS, and find creative ways to achieve those goals.
ICs play an important role in helping people of various backgrounds and abilities live the lives that they choose. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Required to meet in person with the IRIS participant a minimum of four times per year, with one required annual visit in the home of the participant. Because IRIS is a self-directed program, it is important for ICs to be available upon the request of the participant.
- Responsible for providing program orientation to new participants. During this time, participants will learn their rights and responsibilities as someone enrolled in the IRIS program, including verifying legal documents, completing employee paperwork and the responsible use of public dollars.
- Explore a broad view of the participant's life, including goals, important relationships, connections with the local community, interest in employment, awareness of the Self-Directed Personal Care option, and back-up support plans.
- Assist participants in identifying personal outcomes and ensure those outcomes are being met on an ongoing basis, all while staying within the participant's IRIS budget and within the requirements of the IRIS program determined by the Department of Health Services (DHS).
- Responsible for documenting all orientation and planning activities within the IRIS data system (WISITs) within 48 business hours of the visit with the participant.
- Research community resources and natural supports that will fit the individual outcomes for each participant and share that information with them as it becomes available.
- Responsible for documenting progress and changes as needed within the plan and the data system anytime a modification is requested by a participant.
- Budget Amendment or One-Time Expense paperwork may be required depending upon factors associated with the participant and their individual IRIS budget.
- Educate participants on how to read and interpret their monthly budget reports to ensure that participants operate within their budget. Being a liaison between the Fiscal Employer Agency and the IRIS Consultant Agency is also a large part of the position, which includes assisting participants with provider billing, seeking support brokers, tracking receipts, ensuring their workers are paid and mitigating areas of potential risk or conflicts of interest.
- Responsible to develop engaged and trusting relationships with participants and communicate program changes and compliance effectively.
- Responsible to maintain confidentiality and HIPPA compliance.
- Work collaboratively with other IRIS Consultant Agency staff in order to ensure a successful implementation of participants' plans.
- Attend in-person monthly team meetings with other ICs and their supervisor. In addition, weekly IC and IRIS Consultant Supervisor phone check-ins may occur, along with other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
• At least 2 years experience in health care, preferably in care coordination, and at least 1 year of experience serving target groups of the IRIS program (adults with intellectual/physical disabilities or older adults), or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a social work, psychology, human services, counseling, nursing, special education, or a closely related field (or four years of commensurate experience if no degree).
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license, reliable transportation, and adequate auto insurance for job related travel requirements unless otherwise required by law.
• Ability to develop positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, participants, providers, regulatory agencies and vendors.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate self-motivation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of long-term care programs.
• Familiarity with principles of self-determination.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to focus on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to change.

In this position, you will need:
- Make ready and operate equipment based on the written instructions provided.
- Establish and maintain color and/or fold and mechanical quality to BPC standards.
- Continuously monitor the product for quality and approve or reject.
- Direct, guide, and coordinate the activities of assigned crew members to exceed production standards while maintaining customer quality.
- Perform assigned make-ready duties.
- Complete required general maintenance and lubrication assignments.
- Complete required documentation, electronic and paper, for an assigned job.
- Perform duties of other Print Service manufacturing positions as needed, following requisite training.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of previous Print Operator experience, including setup and operation.
- Strong mechanical aptitude is required.
- Observe and monitor machine operations to determine whether adjustments are needed to run the product for the highest quality in the safest manner.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Must have the ability to utilize a computer to ensure the quality of the product.
- Ability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously, ability to lift to 50 pounds occasionally, stand for long hours, use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movement, receive and follow instructions, and use vision to identify defects.
