Position Overview:

This is a versatile sales role suited for a skilled professional experienced in both residential and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will handle inbound leads and spearhead the creation of new revenue streams, including light commercial projects, HOA communities, and luxury custom home builders in the Northern Metro Boston and New Hampshire region.


You’ll take full ownership of your sales pipeline—from consultation to close—and will be expected to independently manage follow-up activities, including creating your own outreach communications and maintaining consistent customer contact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and close inbound residential sales leads efficiently and professionally
  • Prospect and build relationships with light commercial customers, HOA boards, property managers, and luxury home builders
  • Conduct on-site consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate door systems and openers
  • Prepare detailed and accurate proposals and estimates
  • Maintain and follow up on all sales leads through customized communication strategies (emails, calls, messages, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of direct garage door sales experience (required)

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong understanding of residential and light commercial sales cycles
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time, leads, and follow-ups independently

Position Summary: The Purchasing Coordinator takes an active role in sourcing, ordering, and maintaining inventory to keep manufacturing operations running smoothly. This position works closely with suppliers and manufacturing to ensure materials and products are available, delivered on time, and meet quality standards.


Position Responsibilities

  • Research, source, price and purchase goods for manufacturing.
  • Analyze, monitor, and manage inventory levels of stock product lines.
  • Prepare, review, and issue purchase orders with a high level of accuracy.
  • Receive incoming orders against packing slips to confirm accuracy of order received.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding quote requests, sample requests, and stock and order status.

Position Summary

The Associate Manufacturing Technician plays a key role in operating and maintaining advanced automated equipment used to manufacture a flagship medical device product. The technician will be trained to operate and troubleshoot a wide range of technologies including:

  • PCB handling and testing
  • Robotic automation
  • Metal stamping & forming

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform equipment setup, operation, troubleshooting, and basic preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain raw material feeds and clear equipment faults/stoppages.
  • Use Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to make process adjustments.
  • Prepare and maintain raw materials to ensure on-time production.
  • Create work orders for emergency, corrective, or preventive maintenance.
  • Track inventory and support quality processes using computer systems.
  • Support new product introductions, equipment validations, and process improvements.
  • Investigate and resolve equipment or process-related issues.
  • Perform routine equipment cleaning, inspection, and lubrication.
  • Use measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify tolerances.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all safety protocols.
  • Maintain cleanroom and medical-device-grade work environments.
