The hospital has two hospitalists and three PAs on during the day, managing an average inpatient census of 60-70 patients in beds per day.

The night shift is managed by one hospitalist, with each managing 12-15 patient beds on average.

As the Hospitalist Director, you will oversee the operations of the hospitalist program, lead quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with hospital leadership to optimize patient care delivery.

Highlights: Leadership Role: Lead the hospitalist team and oversee program operations.

Team Structure: Two hospitalists and three PAs during the day, one hospitalist at night.

Patient Load: Manage an average inpatient census of 60-70 patients in beds per day.

Shifts: Work closely with the hospitalist team and provide guidance as needed.
