The Role

You’ll help create the Digital Twin for major construction projects, integrating client models, schedules, and construction insights with the company’s proven methodologies. You’ll act as the construction expert within the technology team, advising both clients and internal teams to ensure the platform delivers maximum value across the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Configure the “construction solution” for large-scale projects based on client requirements
• Conduct technical discussions with project teams to understand construction methodologies
• Translate on-site realities into digital twin models reflecting actual project execution
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management, and Product teams to support project delivery
• Contribute to the refinement of internal methodology, playbooks, and tools
• Participate in discovery sessions and implementation stages with clients
• Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams on construction practices

About You

• Operational construction experience — site-based/project management roles preferred
• Degree in Engineering (Civil / Structural) or Construction Management
• Strong BIM/3D modeling skills; Navisworks experience advantageous
• Knowledge of MEP systems and installation workflows
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools (PowerProject, P6, Microsoft Project) is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Our client is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to serve as the mechanical design lead for large‑scale industrial and manufacturing infrastructure projects. This role sits within the client's in‑house EPC team and owns mechanical design from concept through IFC, supporting fast‑paced, high‑impact builds.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design for HVAC and process systems, including wet (chilled/cooling water) and dry (air/exhaust) systems
• Own design development from concept, permitting, and IFC construction drawings
• Interface with external EPC partners to ensure designs meet engineering standards
• Make independent engineering decisions and provide technical direction to internal and third‑party engineers
• Present designs at 30%, 60%, 90%, and IFC design reviews
• Support quantity take‑offs and high‑level cost estimates
• Mentor junior engineers and communicate effectively across cross‑functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) with NCEES record (or ability to obtain TX license)
• 10+ years of HVAC and mechanical/process systems design experience
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, mission‑critical, or high‑tech facilities
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHUs, heat exchangers, exhaust systems, etc.)
• Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards (ASHRAE, ICC, NFPA, ASME)
• Experience with tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and HVAC load software

The Transplant and Cellular Therapy (TCT) Clinic at St. David’s South Austin Medical Center treats adults facing blood cancer and hematologic disorders in the Central Texas region in the outpatient setting. In partnership with Sarah Cannon, the Cancer Institute of HCA Healthcare, we are proud to be the only FACT accredited facility in Austin, Texas.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the TCT Clinic you will be responsible for the care of blood and marrow transplant patients, patients with hematologic and oncologic disorders. Common diagnoses seen include acute leukemia, non hodgkin’s lymphoma and multiple myeloma.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will utilize nursing processes to direct and deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients.

• You will consider age related factors in the assessment, care, and treatment of the oncology patient
• You will consider principles of death and dying when caring for terminally ill oncology patient
• You will provide emotional, spiritual, religious and cultural support to patients and their significant others
• You will apply principles of oncology nursing

Experience

• 1 year of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)

The Transplant and Cellular Therapy (TCT) unit at St. David’s South Austin Medical Center treats adults facing blood cancer and hematologic disorders in the Central Texas region. Our 24 bed inpatient unit provides stem cell transplants, Car T cell therapy and clinical trials, with a focus on providing exceptional care and cutting edge treatments close to home. As a Registered Nurse (RN) on the TCT unit you will be responsible for the care of blood and marrow transplant patients, patients with hematologic and oncologic disorders, patients experiencing oncological emergencies, and others meeting admission criteria. Common diagnoses seen include acute leukemia, non hodgkin’s lymphoma and multiple myeloma. You will be responsible for a maximum of 4 patients in this acute care setting.

In this role you will be asked to provide the following services:

• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy administration and management
• Transfusion of blood products
• Evidence based care of patients with central venous access devices
• Administration of autologous transplants, allogeneic transplants, and cellular therapies at the bedside under physician supervision
• Management of toxicities related to oncological treatments
• Investigational protocol administration and monitoring
• Drain and post-op management
• Telemetry monitoring

Job Requirements

Experience

• 1 year of acute nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) - preferred

Education

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License. If Compact License, Texas license must be obtained within 90 days of hire
