- Meetings take place around 4pm and can last until ~10pm for the regular meetings. For the add-on meetings, they may end earlier, such as around 7pm.
- 1-2 hour early arrival is needed before each meeting for setup and troubleshooting.
- Meetings can be around 6 hours, maybe less for the add-on meetings.
