A motivated, detailed oriented Landscaping and Irrigation Estimator is needed for our Austin market. This is an in-person position where you will actively generate cost estimates for construction projects, collaborate with colleagues, and represent our company as a knowledgeable industry professional. Must be a self-starter and be able to practice strong time management.

Experience with Planswift is a plus, along with being proficient in Microsoft office

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial estimating, college Degree preferred, but not required.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills

Primary duties & responsibilities will include, but are not limited to estimating the costs for commercial construction projects

Analyze project requirements, plan sheets and specifications

Collaborate accurate and competitive bids and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Salary is based on your experience. This position has a range of pay starting at $60,000-$80,000 in base salary, with the opportunity for growth. Major medical, dental and vision after 90-day probation period. 10 paid personal/sick days and 5 paid holidays annually.
