IntePros is currently looking for a Financial Project Administrator to join one of our growing environmental consulting clients in Greenwood Village, CO. The Project Administrator will provide administrative and accounting support to our growing South Region and interacts directly with clients billing and accounting staff, as well as with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, as needed. The selected candidate must be flexible and able to deal with a variety of requests, adapt to changing workloads and priorities and possess extremely strong organizational skills.
Project Administrator Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret contract provisions and set up accurate project information in the accounting database in accordance with contract terms and Company policies, including, but not limited to:
- Contractual elements provided on project initiation forms: contract value, budget level, scope of services, fee types, payment terms and proper authorization.
- Verify and/or edit project rate schedules and demographic data provided by Project Managers.
- Ensure appropriate mark-ups, tax components and invoice masks are in-line with contract provisions.
- Within established deadlines, initiate billing cycle by generating and distributing prebill reports, facilitate edits per the Project Manager’s direction and finalize invoice with all required attachments and documentation. About the Role
Civil Technology Inc. (CTI) is seeking a Contract Administrator to support project management and contract administration activities at (DEN). This role supports a fast-paced aviation environment and works closely with project managers, contractors, and airport stakeholders to ensure contracts are administered in accordance with established procedures and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

ICU Fellowship: For those experienced nurses who are new to Critical Care, we offer a four-phased orientation that is based on AACN's ECCO® (Essentials of Critical Care Orientation) resources and includes simulation based innovation, blocked learning in a multi-system approach, usage of an electronic orientation tracker and knowledge verification at each orientation stage. The program pivots on novice to expert theory and adult learning styles to support critical care competency.
ICU:
- Direct care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in a technically complex environment
- AACN's Synergy Model and various specialty certification standards are included in evidence based care models for the ICU
- Clinical Educators support and guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout clinical orientation.

Responsibilities
- Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner
- Pick up, pack and transport damaged and discarded goods management, and recalled products
- Load, pack and segregate materials and waste products
- Driving a Box Truck, visiting retail customer sites
- Segregating, packing and loading materials and waste products (inventory that is damaged or expired) for safe transportation
- Interacting with customers at each stop
- Prepare DOT shipping documents
- Use of a laptop, printer, handheld, and iPhone to complete tasks
- Conduct projects/jobs according to site specific Federal, State and local regulations and health and safety plans as well as Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc., policies and procedures
- Executes Jobs at Clean Harbors customer locations including fortune 500 companies
- Responsible for final preparation and approval of all projects before shipment in accordance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and company policies
- Conducts projects/jobs according to site specific Federal, State, and local regulations and health and safety plans
- Understand customer specific disposal restrictions/special packaging requirements
- Ensures drum count is correct and that drum conditions are shippable in accordance our company’s policies and procedure
- Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations and rules
- Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirements
- Safely observe all corporate operating guidelines and procedures
- Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL required
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to use a laptop, handheld, printer, and iPhone are required
- By position, eligible to obtain a CDL Class B with hazmat and tanker endorsement within 6 months of hire, company paid
- Perform physical functions per job requirements
- Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position
- Per OSHA's Respiratory Protection standard, 29 CFR 1910.34, employees in positions requiring respirators are required to meet facial hair standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous commercial driving experience
- Previous route experience
- Previous manual labor experience
