* Assists Site Manager in measuring and reporting key maintenance performance indicators including root cause analyses. Delivers on related action items, removes barriers, and addresses issues in order to promote continuous improvement

* Communicates and escalates priorities, issues, and equipment status to the customer as needed, playing a key role in developing and sustaining a positive and profitable relationship with the customer

* Assists Site Manager in managing expenses, such as labor, overtime, and material consumption. Approves any overtime worked by the team.

* Reviews work orders and ensures adherence to work schedules. Identifies and rectifies any gaps.

* Conducts and participates in team meetings as an influential leader.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:

Essential KSAs:

* Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience

* Strong communication skills - verbal and written

* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software

Desirable KSAs:

* Foundational business acumen (understanding contracts and the customer's business, negotiation, billing models, financial experience, relationship building)

* Planner/scheduler experience ideal

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

* Performs competent break-fix & preventative maintenance. This includes but is not limited to: observing devises in operation to determine root cause of problem; dismantling devices to gain access to and remove defective parts; adjustment of functional parts of devices and control instruments; repair and/or replacement of defective parts; and performing troubleshooting and repair of electrical circuitry and mechanical systems.

* Identifies parts, supplies and repair items as necessary for equipment maintenance and repair.

* With minimal instruction, performs maintenance as per industry standards.

* Works with customer counterparts to execute maintenance, reliability, and preventative maintenance procedures.

* May be required to setup and operate multiple machining operations including but not limited to: lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. May perform welding tasks.

* Conforms and complies with customer contractor codes of conduct, housekeeping standards, and safety processes

* Documents work performed in service reports, and applicable management systems.

* Performs routine processes with and within industrial control systems to troubleshoots and analyzes complex equipment, perform equipment maintenance, and to resolve equipment problems.

* Utilizes in-depth application of electrical, mechanical, and fluid power aptitude to troubleshoot and repair equipment.

* Completes and conducts on-the-job training and technical self-study programs for career development.

* Follows all safety related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions and guidelines. Situational awareness and identify unsafe behaviors and conditions.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:

Essential KSAs:

* High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).

* Associates degree with a Technical focus and 5 years of related experience in specific industry; or, 7 years of experience in specific industry.

* Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.

* Possesses working knowledge and experience regarding electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems in related fields. Can analyze the problems, synthesize alternative solutions, and perform repairs

* Extensive travel required. (Local, National).

Desirable KSAs:

* Experience in preventative maintenance techniques, precision measuring, mechanical alignments, and general maintenance of applicable process equipment.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training on IPC standards, hand soldering, and cable assembly.

• Evaluate trainee skills through written and hands-on assessments.
• Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and attendance logs.

Required Skills & Experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide complete support to the benefits consulting team
• Assist in servicing customers with all questions including but not limited to obtaining card or other information, claims questions/submissions, correspondence, and all related activities
• Support benefits consulting team with the sale of new business from start to finish including management of all documentation, applications and implementation
• Attend enrollment meetings and meet with clients when necessary
• Assist in management of renewal process including information gathering, processing, coordinating with providers, and accurately maintaining databases

Essential Requirements for Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years' experience in a consulting, brokerage or insurance company environment
• PA Life, Accident & Health Insurance license (or able to acquire within 90 days)
• Self-Funded experience strongly preferred
