Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating patient self-management initiatives in a family centric program for pediatric and adolescent patients in Boston Children’s Hospital’s Division of Endocrinology’s ADA recognized outpatient diabetes self-management education program. Minimum Qualifications
Education:

Experience:
- Minimum 1 year RN experience required.
- Minimum 2 years as a Diabetes Nurse Educator with a strong clinical background and experience in content areas such as patient education, diabetes, diabetes technologies (insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitors, smart pens), nutrition, physical fitness and other health related topics preferred.
