These trucks are optimized with ergonomically designed seats and position perfect steering, 70” L /96 W sleepers, larger than average built in refrigerators, Auxiliary power units, Dual antennas, Flat screen TV mount, satellite radios. Passenger and Pet policy
SAFETY: Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Our Operations team is experienced. Most have held down the pedal of a tractor just like you. They will dispatch you safely & legally. Our Drivers run the loads in the same manner. Most of our freight is in the middle corridor of the United States. PAY: Pay is based on work record and experience and will be determined after you are fully processed. We pay our professionals loaded and empty on practical miles. That’s up to 5%-7% more miles a year than companies paying for short miles. More miles mean more money. We offer annual raises, merit raises, safety and a performance bonus and more. Top performers earned over 100k last year.
FAMILIES: Most of us have families and we understand that you must have a balance between work and home. Loads: Dry van and Reefer (No slaughterhouses or fresh meat. 1 pick/ 1 drop or drop and hook. 100% no touch freight.

Climate Express Drivers make America Great one Mile at a time, and they run a lot of miles!!!!!!
EQUIPMENT: 2022 or Newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks. Volvos are the safest truck on the road! They run 68 cruise and pedal. These trucks are optimized with ergonomically designed seats and position perfect steering, 70” L /96 W sleepers, larger than average built in refrigerators, Auxiliary power units, Dual antennas, Flat screen TV mount, satellite radios. SAFETY: Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Our Operations team is experienced. Most have held down the pedal of a tractor just like you. They will dispatch you safely & legally. Our Drivers run the loads in the same manner. Most of our freight is in the middle corridor of the United States.
