Our Story We started out as a small operation in California.

In May 1969, we acquired four hospitals, some additional care facilities and real estate for the future development of hospitals.

Over the years, we've grown tremendously in size, scope and capability, building a home in new markets over time, and curating those homes to provide a compassionate environment for those entrusting us with their care.

We have a rich history at Tenet.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Nursing or related field or other qualification recognized by the State of Florida for Registered Nurse licensure plus15 years of leadership and/or ICU experience.

Preferred: Masters Degree in Nursing, Education, Management or related field, or demonstrated equivalent competencies.

EXPERIENCE: Clinical and administrative practice.

Two years experience in clinical related specialty; one year supervisory or management experience, working knowledge of Quality Improvement process and TJC standards.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION: REQUIRED: Registered Nurse
- licensed in the State of Florida.

AHA BLS and AHA ACLS Certification CPI within 90 days of hire PREFERRED: National certification in a program that includes management concepts.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Managerial experience
- able to relate to a large variety of individuals.
