Our firm is seeking an associate attorney to assist us in handling insurance defense claims out of our firm's Atlanta, GA office. QUALIFICATIONS:
Our ideal candidate:
1. Has at least 1-2 years of experience in litigation, some workers' compensation insurance defense required;
2. Has a functioning understanding of civil procedure from pleadings to trial/State Board hearings;
3. Is familiar with the basics of propounding and responding to discovery in civil cases; and
4. Is licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia (additional states/jurisdictions are a plus).

The ideal candidate has been a member of the Georgia Bar for a minimum of six years and would have six to eight years' experience with at least three managing their own matters in an active case load.
