Job Description A successful practice is hiring in Denver, Colorado This group manages several Skilled Nursing Facilities Primary Care Physicians (PCP) can apply for this role Providers travel to a couple sites per day (never more than 4) Very minimal overnight call coverage Compensation Highest compensation in the market for SNF work $250,000 base and potential to earn $300, days of PTO CME: 3 days off and $2,000 stipend $3,600 per year towards health insurance (3 plans to choose from) 401k with 3% match (max of $6,000) 100% coverage for employee's Dental 100% coverage for employee's Vision 100% coverage for employee's short-term disability 100% coverage for employee's basic life insurance 50% coverage for employee's long-term disability Malpractice insurance is covered, as is relocation and full benefits Community Enjoy a wonderful climate, countless outdoor activities, and family friendly neighborhood
