The hourly rate for this role is $77.00 per hour. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. - Advanced Manufacturing Job Description: A Superintendent directs the work flow of the project on site consistent with the project schedule and HITT safety and quality standards.

Additional Information

This is a salary plus incentive program eligible role. RRD's current pay range for this role is $50,000 to $150,000 / year. The pay range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. It is not typical for the final salary offered to be near or at the top of the range. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs.
