This is a multi-faceted Senior Executive Assistant role, reporting to the Director of Operations. 1. Executive Support to the President (40%)

  • Ensure the President is fully supported administratively, logistically, and informationally.
  • Manage calendar, scheduling, and logistics with foresight and discretion

  • Track commitments, decisions, and action items to ensure timely follow-through

  • Coordinate board and committee meetings (scheduling, materials, minutes, follow-up)
  • Maintain trustee records, contact lists, and engagement tracking systems

3. External Events & Foundation Representation Coordination (25%)

  • Coordinate the Foundation’s participation in external events attended by trustees or leadership, including tables, seats, and sponsorship-related benefits
  • Manage event entitlements such as recognition language, advertisements, signage, and acknowledgments
  • Draft or coordinate copy for event ads and recognition placements in consultation with the President and Communications Director
  • Serve as the primary liaison with host organizations regarding event logistics and deadlines
  • Coordinate guest lists, RSVPs, seating, and calendaring
  • Support occasional Foundation-hosted gatherings or convenings, as needed

Position Description:

The Operations & Engagement Coordinator provides support for a boutique health policy consulting firm, with an emphasis on providing policy, business strategy, and engagement solutions to clients including some of the country’s top health plans, provider organizations, industry coalitions, and innovators. The Operations & Engagement Coordinator will specifically support daily one of the firms’ partner clients, the National Partnership for Healthcare and Hospice Innovation (NPHI), the national organization representing not-for-profit hospice programs across the nation supports. The Operations & Engagement Coordinator directly supports NPHI’s senior leadership team and other leaders as directed. The ability to multitask, stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced work environment are core requirements of the position. This position is full-time and reports to the NPHI Vice President of Member Engagement & Programs. Compensation:

Key responsibilities:

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

ABOUT THE NATIONAL PARTNER TEAM

The National Partner Team manages relationships with leading corporate brands, national law firms, and industry trade associations that participate in BBB National Programs’ National Partner network. YOUR IMPACT

As a Summer Intern supporting the National Partner Team, you will gain hands-on experience in membership management, corporate engagement, and nonprofit partnership strategy. You will contribute to projects designed to enhance National Partner engagement and visibility across BBB National Programs’ self-regulatory and dispute resolution programs. This role offers exposure to partnership management, strategic communications, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including Marketing & Communications.
