Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, including legal principles and procedures
- Expertise in Estate Planning
- Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and guiding clients on legal options
- Proven ability to draft, revise, and assist with the execution of Estate Planning documents
- Experience in Probate and Estate Administration strongly preferred
