Role Description
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for sourcing, pricing, and securing bulk construction materials. This role focuses on high-volume, high-value commodities such as concrete, cement, aggregates, reinforcement steel, structural steel, lumber & hardware materials. The position plays a key role in cost control, supply continuity, and market risk management across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Commodities & Materials Procurement
- Lead procurement of construction commodities.
- Develop long-term sourcing strategies and framework agreements for key commodities.
- Monitor commodity price trends, supply constraints, and market volatility.
- Mitigate price escalation risks.
Supplier Strategy & Market Engagement
- Establish and manage strategic relationships with key material suppliers.
- Prequalify suppliers based on capacity, logistics, quality, and financial stability.
- Negotiate volume pricing, rebates, and supply guarantees.
- Secure allocation and production slots for critical materials in tight market conditions.
Cost Control & Management
- Drive cost optimization through volume bundling, alternative sourcing, potential opportunities for mutual growth
- Manage price adjustments, fees, etc.
- Thoroughly review bill pays for any consistent cost red flags & initiate solution with Supplier.
- Find innovative ways to reduce costs.
Reporting & Risk Management
- Track commodity spend, consumption, and supplier performance.
- Track Supplier performance on service or quality issues, supplier performance gaps.
- Provide regular reports on market trends, price movements, and procurement risks.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks related to global and local commodity markets - build informative relationships within these markets

- 3-5 Years of relative experience or Degree in Construction Management or Supply Chain
- Proven experience managing high-value materials.
- Strong understanding of construction material markets.

Job Summary and Qualifications
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg/Progressive Care Float Pool. You will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high-quality, efficient care in our medical-surgical & telemetry/progressive care environments. What you will do in this role:
- You will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care level patients.
- You will instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
- You will maintain and review patients' records including posting tests and examination results.
- You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
What qualifications you will need:
- Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure. If a compact license is held, an active FL RN license is required within 60 days of hire.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- Previous experience in an acute care setting is strongly preferred.
- Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Current American Heart Association ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required (6-month grace period given from hire date).
- Current NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) required (6 months grace period given from hire date).
- Critical Care Registered Nurse Acute/Adult (CCRN), Certified Orthopedic Nurse (ONC), Progressive Care Nursing Administrator (PCCN), Board Certified Cardiac / Vascular Nurse, Board Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse, or Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN)

Duties and Responsibilities

Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; OR
Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR
Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education. This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.

Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR
