Lucid is working with a well-established commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on projects throughout the Northeast United States. This role is ideal for a hands-on field leader who can take ownership of jobsite execution, manage subcontractors, and deliver high-quality projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations across commercial construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics
• Drive project schedules and ensure timely execution
• Maintain jobsite safety standards and compliance
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Partner with Project Managers to align field and project goals
• Monitor quality, productivity, and overall site performance
• 75% travel to job sites

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of commercial construction field experience in commercial interiors and tenant improvements or retail and mixed-use development.
• Proven success as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent
• Strong background in commercial projects (ground-up and/or interiors)
• Experience managing subcontractors and driving schedules
• Familiarity with construction management tools (Procore or similar)
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Based in Conneticut and willing to work throughout the Northeast
